Chairman – Scott Falltrick – Scott has been the Chairman of the Travis County ESD#6 (Lake Travis Fire/Rescue) Relief & Retirement Fund since plan inception (October 2007). He is an 18-year veteran of the fire department, currently holds the rank of Lieutenant, is on A-Shift, and works out of Station #604 off Comanche Trail Rd. in Travis County, TX.

 Vice-Chairman – Graham Taylor – Graham has been the Vice-Chairman of the Travis County ESD#6 (Lake Travis Fire/Rescue) Relief & Retirement Fund since 2-1-2017. He is a 13-year veteran of the fire department, currently holds the rank of Engineer, is on C-Shift, and works out of Station #603 off Hwy. 71, in Bee Cave, TX

Secretary – Taylor Wade – Taylor has been the Secretary of the Travis County ESD#6 (Lake Travis Fire/Rescue) Relief & Retirement Fund since January 1, 2020. He is an 8-year veteran of the fire department. He currently holds the rank of an Engineer. He is on A-Shift and works out of Station #603 off Hwy. 71, in Bee Cave, TX.

Trustee – Jeffery Timlin – Jeff has been a Trustee of the Travis County ESD#6 (Lake Travis Fire/Rescue) Relief & Retirement Fund since plan inception (October 2007). He is a civilian trustee who lives in Bee Cave, TX. Jeff is a Principal and Managing Director at Sage Advisory in Austin, TX, and a member of the investment committee. He serves as a portfolio manager and senior trader for tax-exempt fixed-income strategies. Jeff received his B.S. in Business Administration from Villanova University, is a Chartered Financial Analyst Charter holder, and is a Chartered Market Technician. Before joining Sage, he was a Fixed Income Associate Trader with MFS Investment Management in Boston. He was also a former Client Account Manager with Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. in Boston. He is a member of the CFA Institute, the Market Technicians Association, the National Federation of Municipal Analysts, and the Southern Municipal Finance Society.

Trustee – Rick White – Rick has been a Trustee of the Travis County ESD#6 (Lake Travis Fire/Rescue) Relief & Retirement Fund since plan inception (October 2007). He is a civilian trustee who lives in Lakeway, TX. Before retiring and moving to Lakeway Rick was a principal and consulting actuary with the Houston office of Milliman. He joined the firm in 1982. Rick’s professional experience was concentrated on consulting with sponsors of employee benefit plans, primarily post-retirement income and medical benefit plans. Clients include governmental agencies and private-sector employers. Prior assignments include strategic planning and forecasting, qualified and non-qualified plan design, installation, communication, and ongoing compliance and administration. Affiliations – Former member of the American Academy of Actuaries Committee on Pension Actuarial Principles and Practices – Former director of the Southwest Benefit Conference – Former member of the Texas Pension Review Board – Former chairman of Milliman’s Post Release Peer Review and Retirement Committees. Professional Designations – Fellow, Society of Actuaries – Enrolled Actuary, ERISA -Member, American Academy of Actuaries. Education – BS, Mathematics, University of Utah.
